BioScience Productions is a London and Boston-based video production company. The young, dynamic team creates live-action videos and animation for scientific, healthcare and non-profit organisations.

This was initially quite a challenging brief due to the fact that the team is a brand-new business. Lacking in portfolio pieces, meant that the design and layout would need to work hard to compete against existing video production businesses. Also, the client was adamant in wanting to self-host the video showreels which can potentially affect a site’s performance.

After some discussion, I suggested we should promote all of the various skills and specialisms. This in turn would help make them stand out and highlight their unique talents.

I further enhanced the look of the site by using their core logo colours (blue and purple). Along with these, I used white sections to break up the content. This combination gave the desired clean, modern scientific look that the team was after.
